Why should I go with you when I can get it for less money direct from Infusionsoft?

Because going with us is a much better deal. What you are really getting from Technology Marketing Toolkit is a proven series of campaigns and marketing processes that Robin and her team have developed over the past several years. Infusionsoft happens to be the software platform we have chosen as the delivery mechanism for our content. If a “non-techie” person came to you and told you they wanted to just buy a server box direct from you, but they would try and build and configure it themselves without any help, would you let them? No! It’s the same with Infusionsoft. Infusionsoft is a sophisticated software that takes an expert to configure and build properly from the beginning. That’s what we’ve done for our clients. Some say that we have “tamed the beast” of Infusionsoft…

Additionally, we have become the No. 1 Infusionsoft (Keap) partner in number of clients AND in client success rate. As their top partner, we have been able to negotiate a lower price than anyone can get on their own. For example, when you get Infusionsoft through us, you get two extra user licenses, FREE. You are also month-to-month with us, where customers buying Infusionsoft directly from Keap are required to sign an annual contract. We also build out Technology Marketing Toolkit pre-built campaigns that are specific to MSPs and provide all of the ongoing support to our members. These campaigns that we have included would typically run you $1,000 to $3,000 each to build out properly, if purchased separately. Plus, in our program you get exclusive access to members-only tools, resources, trainings, support, user groups and more.

Robin’s Marketing Automation Platform is priced similarly to the way MSPs bill clients. You have the project work that happens initially, which is our training and onboarding fee. It’s a project for us to build out your Infusionsoft and put the campaigns in and then take you through the training. After the project, there is the monthly licensing fee (just like you charge your clients monthly for licenses like Microsoft or LOB apps) and then the managed services, which is the full support, ongoing training, help and access to consulting.

What is “Keap”?

Recently Infusionsoft changed its company name to “Keap.” Also, it has renamed its introductory-level product “Keap” as well. So, Keap is the company that makes Infusionsoft AND it is also the name of the software that is essentially “Infusionsoft Jr.” The software Keap is a basic CRM designed to help early-stage businesses organize their list. Infusionsoft remains Keap’s flagship product, featuring advanced CRM and Marketing Automation Capabilities. These marketing automation features are the reason Robin’s Marketing Automation Platform is powered by Infusionsoft.

As Keap’s top partner, Technology Marketing Toolkit has been, and will continue to be, well informed and even involved in the development of future features in both Keap products. Know that we will closely watch to make sure our clients will always have the best tool for the best price.

I’m not doing a TON of marketing and don’t have a marketing person. Is Robin’s Marketing Automation Platform right for me?

Did you wait until you had a bucket of managed services clients before you bought into a PSA tool? No, you got the tools and workflows set up before selling. Waiting until you are doing more marketing to invest in a marketing automation tool is backwards as well. Getting your CRM and marketing automation set up first sets you up for success. Can I do the same things in my PSA tool/Excel spreadsheets/Mindmatrix/Constant Contact? I already have those tools.

Those tools aren’t a true CRM and definitely aren’t a sophisticated marketing automation platform. You cannot do if/then logic with your marketing in these tools, and it’s VERY difficult to pull even a simple list (e.g., all prospects who attended a recent trade show who haven’t received a campaign from you). Our system, powered by Infusionsoft, automates the entire workflow of a campaign with if/then logic and can give you sophisticated reports on campaigns. You are spending way too much time and getting headaches over trying to get these tools to be something they are not designed to be. The amount of time and energy you will save by going to Robin’s Marketing Automation Platform is worth it!

I’m just a one-man band. Is this too much?

That’s exactly why you need Robin’s Marketing Automation Platform. You have too many hats on as it is, and this will allow you to take off the marketing admin hat. Implementing Robin’s MAP for IT Services will allow you to actually get marketing done and out the door. Any new software will take a time investment to learn it and set it up, just like a new employee takes time to train up. But once you work through our basic training and get your Infusionsoft set up, the automation will save you so much time (and headache) in the future to do the marketing. What is included in the initial onboarding fee?

This includes your first month of licensing AND our team guiding you through the step-by-step customization of your Marketing Automation Platform. First, we preprogram all the recommended settings for your CRM. Then, our curriculum gives you the step-by-step process to build and install the marketing automation campaign workflows – you won’t change the copy or rework what is proven to be effective, but you will personalize the campaigns with logos and information specific to how you work. Next, we guide you through the Basic Training (either on demand or via a live, virtual workshop) and finally we provide unlimited technical support, direct from our team.

What if I already have Infusionsoft?

If you have already purchased Infusionsoft, you may still participate in this program. We have a simple process established with Infusionsoft to transfer ownership of the app to us so we can publish the Marketing Automation Platform into your app and provide support. You then pay us the monthly. We will facilitate the entire transfer process. One thing to note is that you will still be required to pay an onboarding fee to Technology Marketing Toolkit – this covers the setup, training and ongoing support of Robin’s Marketing Automation Platform. (Through our partnership, the Infusionsoft onboarding fee is actually waived.)

Can I get the Robin Robins campaigns separate from this program?

No. The campaigns we have developed and will continue to develop are exclusive to this program and will not be offered anywhere else.

How much are the additional campaigns?

We currently have 55+ built out, and they range from $49 to $199, depending on the complexity of the campaign and your membership level. It’s a onetime investment in the campaign workflow, and you can reuse it as many times as you want. NOTE: Only those at Implementer level and above can get these campaigns. Builders need to upgrade if they want to add campaigns.

Is a dialer included?

Additional features like a dialer or an online calendaring system are optional and additional if you choose to add them. Infusionsoft has an open API, so it can integrate with MANY third-party add-ons, such as a dialer. We have a list of recommended add-ons if you choose to build out your Infusionsoft.

What is my commitment to this program?

This is a month-to-month program. You may cancel the program at any time.

Can’t I just buy Infusionsoft CRM and build the campaigns myself?

Yes. However, in the long run that path would very likely cost you much more. Our team of experts has put literally hundreds of hours into the development of our Marketing Automation Platform at this point. It is proven and effective. Building a program similar to what we have designed would take significant time to design and strategize, weeks or months to build, and the fine tuning to test and prove the system is an ongoing endeavor.

Learning to use a tool like Infusionsoft will have a natural learning curve. However, the learning curve for setting up the tool and building the campaigns yourself is notoriously steep! We have all heard the term “Confusionsoft” – the vast majority of the time that nickname is used by companies that started with a blank application and no personal coaching or templates and attempted to design and build it from the “ground up.” Robin’s Marketing Automation Platform is designed specifically for IT services companies and will save you hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars in the long run.

Does it work well with MailChimp, Constant Contact or another e-mail deliverability tool?

It actually replaces those! You don’t have to use MailChimp or another e-mail tool anymore because all of your e-mail broadcasts can now be sent through Infusionsoft. It has a very simple WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor, or we have preloaded templates as well. Now all of your lists, reports, marketing, campaigns and more are all in one place and connected.
